PHIR - a new organization working with churches and others to start a day center for the homeless of Newport News.  Incorporated and initial meetings held by our church members.  Congregational meeting OK's Warwick UCC being the first member church.  Solutions as mission, not just a bandaid.  Expect more information soon.
