Use I-64 or I-664 to I-64 and proceed north to Exit 258A onto Rt.-17 (J. Clyde Morris Blvd.) traveling west approximately 21.5 miles (5-Lights) crossing Jefferson Ave., turn right on Rugby Rd and right again onto Matoaka Lane - OR - Crossing James River Bridge, go over RR overpass and turn left onto Jefferson Ave and proceed northerly approximately 4.1 miles (16-Lights).  Turn left onto J. Clyde Morris Blvd., immediate right onto Rugby Rd. and right again onto Matoaka Lane,

From Williamsburg:

Take I-64 (or Rt-143) to Exit ??? (at Patrick Henry Mall) and exit onto Rt. 143 - Jefferson Ave. - Proceed south on Jefferson Ave. approximately 2.2 miles (12-Lights) and turn right onto J. Clyde Morris Blvd. Turn right immediately onto Rugby Rd. and right again onto Matoaka Lane.
